Clare Rawlings
Co-Founder
Clare is a movement educator and the founder of Raw Movement, working with schools and workplaces to build movement-rich environments where people can live easier, pain-free lives. Her work began with her own experience of persistent pain from her early twenties, a refusal to accept discomfort as inevitable that led her into personal training, then into teaching movement full time from 2018. Musculoskeletal health is one of the largest and most under-addressed drains on workplace wellbeing globally, shortening careers and costing billions. Clare's mission is to change that, one habit at a time. She holds an MSc in Workplace Health and Wellbeing, a Master of Primary Teaching, an MSc in Environmental Pollution Control and a BSc in Applied and Environmental Biology, alongside NASM personal training certification.
